Julia, Mathilde, Rudolph and Jacob Gauer are the children of Elizabeth Gauer and her husband Franz.

- Franz GAUER (b.1832), Elizabeth's husband who died in 1882 in Sophiental,Russia
- Franz GAUER (b.1876), Rudolph's brother who died in 1882 in Russia
- Emilie GAUER (b. 1868) Rudolph's sister who did not come with the
rest of the family to Canada from Russia (presumably married before
1890)

Matilda vs Mathilde?:
my Family members recall Mathilde only as "Mildred" and the english of Mathilde
is Matilda, however, I am confident Mildred and Mathilde are the same person.
